Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched from our California studio within one to two business days. Standard shipping is a flat 6.95 US dollars and typically arrives in two to five business days. Orders over 75 US dollars ship free. We currently ship within the United States only.

Glass vessels are wrapped individually and boxed with recycled fill. If anything arrives broken, send a photograph and we will replace it immediately – no return needed.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Candles that have been burned and bottles that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

To start a return, email support@ultrapath.store with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for faulty items; for change-of-mind returns the postage is yours.

Order changes

We can amend or cancel an order any time before it ships. Once a tracking number is issued the order is on its way and a return is the only option.
